With plenty of kitchen experience including camp kitchen managing, substitute chef at Bear Claw Lodge, a year of culinary school always at the top of her class, and now multiple years of hosting banquets and providing top-class cuisine out of the lodge, Hannah has confidently stepped into the field of catering, once again excelling at all things food.

We offer catering services at events held here at the lodge, at the Kispiox Valley Community Hall, or at the Erwin Stege Community Centre in New Hazelton.
If you’re just looking for cold platter options such as charcuterie, sandwiches, salads, veggie & fruit trays, and more, we can provide this anywhere in the Hazeltons.
