Booking and Cancellation Policy


If check-in date is between November 16th & August 31st:

  • We require a 35% booking deposit for all room and cabin bookings.

  • Once the deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed.

  • Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled 168 hours (7 days) or less before check-in date.

  • If booking is cancelled or guests do not show up the same day as check-in, the balance is still due.

  • If booking is made 24 hours or less before check-in: No booking deposit required.

If check-in date is between September 1st & November 15th:
(This is the busy fishing season in Northern BC. Booking at least 4 months in advance is recommended, but not mandatory.)

  • We require a 45% booking deposit for all room and cabin bookings.

  • Once the deposit is paid, your booking will be confirmed.

  • Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled 90 days (3 months) or less before check-in date.

  • If booking is cancelled or guests do not show up the same day as check-in, the balance is still due.

  • If booking is made 24 hours or less before check-in: No booking deposit required.

Rodeo and Music Festival Weekends

We have a two night stay minimum policy for the weekends of the Kispiox Valley Rodeo (first weekend of June) and the Kispiox Valley Music Festival (last weekend of July).
For those events, in order to book a room or cabin, you must book at least two nights in a row.
